The Monsoon Expedition Cam Touring Panniers are rear only bags with reversible hoods (zipper can be toward or away from the rack) that convert to fanny packs, adjustable top hooks and the Cam Suspension for security. The Monsoon bags all have the Inertia Bag in a Bag system to keep your gear completely water-tight.
